Carentan!!

After 3 months of building and painting, I've finally completed my Carentan game board.  Many of the buildings are based on actual buildings that exist (or that once existed) in Carentan.  The other buildings, as well as the town layout, are from the Carentan set as seen in the Band of Brothers miniseries.  All the buildings were scratch-built from 3mm cork tiles, card, MDF, plastic strips and textured plastic roofing sheets and walls which can be obtained from model railway stores.  For detailed instructions on how to build the houses, please visit Matakishi's website here.
